- Right to information (Article 15 GDPR): You have the right to obtain information about your personal data processed by us, such as the purposes of the processing, the categories of data processed, the recipients or categories of recipients of the data, the storage period of the data or the criteria for determining it, as well as the existence of a right to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection to processing, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. You also have the right to information about the origin of your data if it was not collected from us, as well as about the existence of automated decision-making, including profiling, and meaningful information about the logic involved and the envisaged consequences of such processing, where applicable. Your right to information is guaranteed by Article 46 GDPR in the event of the transfer of your data to third countries.
- Right to rectification (Article 16 GDPR): You have the right to have inaccurate data concerning you corrected without delay and/or to have incomplete data completed.
- Right to erasure ("right to be forgotten") (Article 17 GDPR): You have the right to request the erasure of your personal data if the conditions of Article 17(1) GDPR are met. However, this right does not apply if the processing is necessary for exercising the right to freedom of expression and information, for compliance with a legal obligation, for reasons of public interest, or for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims.
- Right to restriction of processing (Article 18 GDPR): You have the right to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data as long as the accuracy of your data is contested, if you object to its erasure due to unlawful processing and request instead the restriction of its use, or if you need your data for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims, after we no longer need this data, or if you have lodged an objection for reasons relating to your particular situation, pending the verification whether our legitimate grounds override yours.

You have the right to be informed about these recipients.
- Right to data portability (Article 20 GDPR): You have the right to receive your personal data that you have provided to us in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format or to request its transmission to another controller, insofar as this is technically feasible.

Upon withdrawal, we will erase the data concerned without delay, unless further processing can be based on a legal basis that does not require consent. The withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
- Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Article 77 GDPR): If you consider that the processing of your personal data infringes the GDPR, you have the right, without prejudice to any other administrative or judicial remedy, to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in the Member State of your habitual residence, place of work, or place of the alleged infringement.
Within the scope of the consideration of our legitimate interests, we process your personal data based on these interests. However, you have the right to object to this processing at any time with effect for the future for reasons arising from your particular situation.
If you exercise your right to object, we will cease the processing of the data concerned. However, we reserve the right to continue processing if we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override your interests, rights, and freedoms, or if the processing serves the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims.
If we process your personal data for direct marketing purposes, you also have the right to object at any time to the processing of your personal data for such advertising purposes. You can exercise the right to object as described above.
In this case, we will stop using your personal data for direct marketing purposes.
You can submit your request for the deletion of your personal data or your user account using the contact form, by e-mail, or by mail to the address mentioned above.
